after the ceremony, the two newly mated wolves will hold vigil until daylight, guarding the camp together.
mates may not challenge one another for their ranks.
if two wolves wish to divorce, a ceremony will take place.
if a male or female rejects their pups, they will be beaten by the punishers and torturers until near death, before upholding the omega position. they may not get medical treatment for five days. they will be the last to eat.
